Colombia and Spain both are multilinear cultures. These cultures are known for being able to do several things at once, also for being impatient and have good excuses. In addition to this Spaniards and Colombians are used to display their emotions and to be very communicative (Talks most of the time).
In the Hofstede model Colombia and Spain rank high in uncertainty avoidance and power distance. This means that both countries are rules for everything and social conservatism. They are religious countries. But rules are not necessarily followed. The high power index indicates the inequality of the nations, In Colombia is as high that people simply believe that inequalities amongst people are ok.
I prefer the Lewis model because it is easier to understand and have a more clear classification. Also in my opinion Lewis Model focus in the behavior of the people and is really interesting how every country fits in a typology. Although there are only three multi-active, linear-active and Reactive.
